Zuver "Tiny" Plan
- AU$40 per year
The Zuver "Tiny" Plan is an excellent value for money entry level shared web hosting plan suitable for personal, small business and other websites.
Remember to allow space for backups and emails stored on the server which both count towards the 1 GB limit.
WordPress and Joomla run fine on this plan.
Zuver was founded in 2012 and is the budget offering from VentraIP who are the largest privately owned web hosting and domain name registrar in Australia. They are 100% Australian owned and operated.
The Zuver products and services tend to be better value for money than the VentraIP products and services although there is less distinction since January 2019 when the Zuver server fleet was refreshed and now includes SSD Disk Drives and LiteSpeed Cache. There are also some WordPress specific shared web hosting plans which use Plesk rather than cPanel and offer some useful WordPress specific tools such as Staging and Cloning and Smart Updates.
Zuver Acceptable Use
The current Zuver Web Hosting Plans have some unlimited features such as unlimited email accounts and unlimited databases although clients are still subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. The latest versions of these documents can be found at:
